Dear Atria,
There come times in our lives that for a greater good we choose to put aside all our differences and unite in harmony and kindness under our likenesses for a greater good.
I am so glad that you decided to send MadarJan three of your pictures and your get-well wishes. Thank you. Please also thank your mom for taking the photos.
I went with PedarJan to ICU and showed MadarJan your pictures. At first she either didn't comprehend at whose pictures she was looking or perhaps couldn't believe her eyes.
However, after a few seconds of staring at your photos her face bloomed into a glowing smile, which was followed by tears of happiness.
She has not yet seen the video you sent for her because we could not get it to play with voice. It may have got corupted on the way. Please consider resending it.
MadarJan is still in the Intensive Care Unit and in there it is not permitted to take photos, however her reaction was so moving that none of the patients or nurses objected to me taking a couple of pictures for you. I will ask a friend to post them for you from England.
After seeing your photos she was so emotional that she was unable to write anything (she cannot speak but she is communicating with us in writing), but she made it clear that after she comes in terms with and gets over the initial excitement, she wish to write something for you. If she has been able to write anything for you by tomorrow afternoon, I will post it for you.
Your Father
