Do you know how to cook Atria? I don't really. I can make a cup of tea or fry some chicken but nothing fancy really. One of the dishes I am good at are scrambled eggs. Easy! I personally really like eggs; they are a good source of protein (~5.5g protein per egg) and one medium egg has only 65kcal. Not bad. Well, there is also ~4.3g fat, ~0.3g carbohydrates and ~186mg of cholesterol in an average egg. Especially due to the latter there is a fair amount of advice as for how many eggs per week can we eat.
I think everyone knows how to make scrambled eggs - whisk an egg(s) with a pinch of salt, pepper, herbs or whatever else you fancy, add smoked salmon and/or any other vegetables of your choice and stir fry until softly set.
Scrambled eggs anyone?
