I am very sorry and very upset because it seems that the parcel with your Birthday presents sent on the 15th June has been missing. We've been tracking it every day and there is no proof it has been delivered, it hasn't been signed for. We lodged a complain on Saturday, unfortunately couldn't do it earlier as there need to be 14 working days after posting a parcel to be able to do that. I was really hoping this parcel arrives in time and you will be able to enjoy your presents on your Birthday. I am sorry that it hasn't happened...
Post Office said that they may not be able to find the parcel at all and any way they take up to 30 days to deal with a complain, so I decided to buy the same things again and post them to you today. You may be going away for holidays so I want to make sure that you receive them before you go.
Below there are receipts and tracking details of the missing parcel. For some time now I always keep receipts and proof of postage for everything I sent to you. I hope that my next parcel reaches you very soon. I will keep you updated.
