Mice nest throughout the ages

The above pictures show a mice nest throughout the ages. As you can see 12,000 years ago the nest was purely made from dry grass, wood pieces and all sorts of organic material. Today's nest is a totally different story - it's full of rubbish, anything we humans throw away mice find and bring to their nest. It's a sad message how the times have changed and how much we destroy our beautiful planet and disturb the wildlife.
