I hope you are having an enjoyable Easter in spite of everything that's going on in the world.
The times are challenging for everyone and we all are experiencing an impact of the global pandemic on our daily life, work, school, our mental health and world economy. We will be dealing with the consequences for years to come. But we are all in it together and we will get through it together.
Right now, the best we can do is to follow our government's guidelines and stay home. I imagine you will miss your friends, but it's a small price to pay for everyone's safety. Stay safe Atria, practice good hygiene and take all the advised preventive measures. But in all of this, sustain empathy and love, if you can, help the vulnerable in your community, even by spreading positive news, kind messages, keeping in touch and letting people know that they matter to you. Sometimes a very small act of kindness can make someone's day, bring a smile or make them feel appreciated and valued.
The days and months ahead present a challenge but also an opportunity to grow as a person, and I hope we will all take that opportunity.
Happy Easter Atria!
