Dear Atria,
I have been thinking today about our friend Jana, who recently left her job in UK and went to New Zealand to follow her dream. She is Anna's best friend in England and Anna misses her a lot. I miss her too! She is a lovely person and I am sure you would have liked her if you've met her.
Anna was one of the first people to encourage Jana to follow her New Zealand dream and do what may seem unreasonable, but what Jana really wanted to do. Some people would argue that it is silly to leave stability, good job and normal life with all its commitments to go to unknown country without having anything arranged. I was one of these people who would have said it is silly. But not anymore. I think that the most valuable possession we can have in life are our experiences, memories of what we have seen, joy we felt, dreams that came true. These can never be taken away from us. They will always stay in our head and will also help us to develop and become better people, more open-minded, braver, stronger...
I've been striped almost from everything in my life once, they took even my dignity, health, disturbed my feelings, trust, faith and believe in people, but they couldn't take my memories, the precious moments I will cherish for the rest of my life.
I think Jana made a good decision - she is having an adventure of her life, she will come back with unforgettable memories and experiences, and I am sure she will settle again when she is ready.
Yana is very happy right now and she sees places she has been dreaming of. Below you can see some of Jana's pictures from New Zealand. The country looks amazing, very beautiful. I would like to go and see it - maybe we can go together some time?
Below you can see Jana (a very happy Lady) with friends just few days before leaving UK to follow her dreams. We are looking forward to her return in 6 months, but in the same time we are really happy for her having her adventure in New Zealand.
